Director of Environment, Safety & Health
AIA is seeking a director to coordinate environmental affairs, occupational safety, health programs, and legislative and regulatory activities. Responsibilities include: review and comment on government policies, regulations/laws/issues and other developments that impact industry; environmental affairs and occupational health and safety except as related to aircraft certification and operations. Incumbent develops background information and materials; makes arrangements for 4-6 group meetings annually; serves as liaison to industry reps and members; responds to inquiries from member companies, government officials and the public; contributes articles to association newsletter highlighting issues and developments. Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
