AIA has identified 10 proposals relating to each major sector of the aerospace industry -- national security, civil aviation and space -- that the association is urging each candidate in the 2008 election to endorse, and, ultimately, implement. The U.S. must maintain its aerospace and defense leadership to ensure that American s continue to receive the national security, economic and competitive benefits that the industry brings to the nation.
